Enquiries and retention
We process the name, email, phone and project information you provide to respond to enquiries and take steps requested before a contract. Company details are optional. We keep enquiries for as long as necessary for the request and any resulting business relationship or legal obligations. Avoid sending sensitive information.
FormSubmit and hosting
The contact form sends information via FormSubmit to our email address. This external service may carry out spam checks and handle data outside the EEA. Its privacy information is available at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. You may instead email us directly. The hosting service processes technical access logs for delivery and security.
Your choices and rights
Under applicable data-protection rules you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to relevant processing. You may withdraw optional map consent at any time in the footer. Contact us at info@aquasmart-solutions.hr; you may also complain to the Croatian supervisory authority AZOP (azop.hr).
Local storage and Google Maps
The aquasmart-consent-v1 preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. It records whether you permitted Google Maps. The map stays blocked until consent; loading it connects you to Google, which can process network data and use cookies under its own privacy terms. Rejecting optional services does not prevent contact or browsing. No analytics or advertising tools are installed.
